Job summary

Seeking a Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic real estate company. The role involves detailed project planning, execution, and management of residential construction projects in Chandigarh and New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets for residential construction projects.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction work aligns with quality standards and project specifications, identifying and resolving any issues proactively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth flow of information and timely project completion.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations in Chandigarh and New Delhi.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in the residential real estate sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD Pro
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
