Civil Engineer (Residential House Construction)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in residential house construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage house building construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise site work including layout, structural work, finishing, plumbing, and electrical coordination.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage contractors, labor, and materials effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc. Civil).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in house building/residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and finishing work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
