Project Engineer – Housing & Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer – Housing & Infrastructure to lead and oversee all engineering and technical aspects of our housing and real estate infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, execution, quality assurance, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise all engineering functions related to housing and infrastructure development.
• Oversee construction, utilities, roads, sewerage, electrification, water supply, and other infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site engineers and project teams.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Liaise with government departments and external stakeholders when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEC registered).
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in housing societies, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, design review, and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and related engineering tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
