Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Housing & Infrastructure to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of housing society and infrastructure development projects. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with contractors/consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage housing society and infrastructure development projects (roads, sewerage, water supply, electrification, and buildings).
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and relevant government authorities for NOCs and approvals.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures to avoid project delays.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed at all project sites.
- Deliver housing and infrastructure facilities in line with company vision and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in real estate, housing societies, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, housing development, and infrastructure services.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
