Architect and Interior Designer

• Job Overview:

An architect is responsible for designing and planning buildings and structures. They collaborate with other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Architects may work on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements and vision for a project. Create preliminary designs and present them for feedback.Develop detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Oversee the entire architectural process from conception to completion.Coordinate with other professionals, such as structural engineers and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress.
• Collaborate with a team of architects, drafters, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure the project meets quality and design standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and address any issues that may arise during the building phase.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience:
• Relevant work experience in architectural design and project management is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

• Faisalabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
