Civil Engineer (Residential)

Job description.

S. Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons (Pvt). Ltd is looking for an Civil Engineer (Residential).

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, labor, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare site progress reports and maintain daily work records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor material usage and assist in quantity verification.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Qualifications and Requirements.

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Willing to stay residential at site as per project requirement.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant experience.

Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
