Project Manager - Infrastructure

CGD Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience to lead and manage infrastructure projects within a consultancy environment.

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, buildings, and urban development.

Act as the primary coordination point between clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall deliverables.

Review designs, technical reports, schedules, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Oversee multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards.

Coordinate closely with in-house design teams to ensure design intent, timelines, and project objectives are aligned

Support business development activities, including client presentations and project proposals.

Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management.

Proven consultancy firm experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, and claims management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
