Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager with 2–4 years of experience in digital or software project delivery. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while working closely with internal teams (design, dev, QA) and directly communicating with clients. Your goal will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web, mobile, and digital services
• Work with clients to clarify requirements, expectations, and success criteria
• Create project plans, timelines, task breakdowns, and milestones
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and cross-team coordination
• Track progress, resolve issues, and proactively remove blockers
• Control changes to project scope and manage risk
• Provide regular, clear status updates to clients
• Ensure quality assurance and coordinate final delivery/sign-off
• Maintain documentation related to project scope, decisions, and deliverables

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing software or digital projects
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum processes
• Hands-on with PM tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
• Strong communication skills and client handling confidence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
• Problem solving and risk management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Skills & Traits That Help

• Technical understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Prior experience in a software agency or tech services company
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or UX design workflows
• Ability to contribute to process improvements
