Team Lead – Design Team (Ebook & Workbook)

Location: Block 6, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi near Disco Bakery (On-site)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Saturday)

Salary: PKR 100,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead to manage and mentor our graphic design team focused on ebooks and workbooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers

- Oversee the creation of ebooks, workbooks, and branded documents

- Maintain high-quality and consistent output

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met

- Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to team members

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

- 4–5 years of relevant graphic design experience

- Proven experience in ebooks and workbook design

- Previous team leadership experience

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month
