We are seeking a Saudi national Civil Engineer (male preferred) who is a recent graduate from a Saudi university, with strong interest and exposure in construction supervision and engineering management. The role supports technical oversight, coordination, and quality assurance activities across infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public works.

This position is ideal for a junior engineer looking to grow within a consultancy/supervision environment (non-contracting) and develop both technical and managerial competencies.

Provide support in construction supervision and quality assurance activities for roads, bridges, and public infrastructure projects under senior engineer guidance.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, geotechnical, utilities) to support design alignment and issue resolution.

Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs for compliance with approved designs and standards.

Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and construction monitoring activities.

Support engineering management and coordination tasks, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Ensure civil works comply with client requirements, Saudi authority regulations, and applicable standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a Saudi university (mandatory).

Saudi national (Saudiization role).

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in supervision, consultancy, or project coordination.

Exposure to construction supervision and/or engineering management through internships, coop training, or junior roles.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
