Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to manage on-site construction and design tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating designs in all requested media formats, ensuring smooth project progression, and troubleshooting issues that may arise. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between the design team and site operations, overseeing budgets, and optimizing project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt civil engineering designs in various media formats to meet project requirements and site-specific conditions.
• Oversee project progress on-site, ensuring work is completed on schedule while mitigating delays from external factors (e.g., inclement weather).
• Collaborate with other civil engineers and construction teams to resolve design and development challenges encountered during project execution.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor and materials, and ensure they are used efficiently within the allocated budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and other team members to maintain effective communication and resolve any on-site issues.
• Ensure that all designs and work adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management and civil engineering design, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with a diverse team.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems efficiently.
