Civil Engineer site

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Management: Oversee daily construction activities, manage site logistics, and coordinate workforce and subcontractors.
• Technical Oversight: Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications; ensure construction aligns with design intent.
• Quality & Safety: Implement quality control, conduct inspections, and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Coordination & Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are met.
• Cost Control: Assist with cost tracking, material procurement, and budget management.
• Reporting: Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Problem Solving: Provide technical advice and resolve on-site issues and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site supervision and civil construction.

NEED G+4 DUBAI MUNICIPALITY APPROVED LICENSE
