Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and coordinating projects involving steel structures, fabrication works, and welding-based constructions. The role includes ensuring structural stability, technical accuracy, and compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Design
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Prepare structural designs and drawings for steel and metal-based construction projects.
• Collaborate with draftsmen and fabrication teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct load calculations and material assessments.
• Site Supervision
• Oversee fabrication, welding, and erection of structures on-site.
• Coordinate with welders, fabricators, and construction crews.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure work quality and progress.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure adherence to welding standards (AWS, ISO, ASME, etc.).
• Inspect weld joints, steel structures, and reinforcement work.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks when required.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate with procurement for materials and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to welding and fabrication teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
