Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We’re hiring a Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience in interior project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of drawings, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage contractors and vendors while using digital project tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise interior site work and ensure execution aligns with design drawings
• Interpret architectural and interior working drawings and BOQs
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and contractors
• Track site progress using project management software (training provided)
• Ensure quality control, timely completion, and daily site reporting
• Maintain site cleanliness and enforce execution standards

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of interior execution experience
• Strong ability to read and implement technical drawings
• Familiarity with project tracking software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Reliable, proactive, and quality-driven

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (commensurate with experience)
