Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Raipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil and structural projects at the datacenter.
• Monitor and maintain building infrastructure including flooring, structural stability, fire safety, drainage, and utilities.
• Support expansion and fit-out projects, ensuring they meet technical, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of civil works to identify potential risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare and maintain drawings, reports, BOQs, and documentation related to civil projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for timely project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to IS codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall data center readiness.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (1-3 years of experience).
• Strong understanding of construction, structural design, and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project / basic design tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage contractors and site activities with attention to detail.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to high-tech facility environments.
