Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

Job Title - Civil Engineer

Job Purpose:

To oversee and execute civil construction activities as per project design, technical specifications, safety standards, and timeline, ensuring structural quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural and structural drawings, and ensure site execution aligns with them.
• Plan daily site activities, allocate tasks to site supervisors/workers, and monitor progress.
• Supervise construction tasks including RCC, brickwork, plastering, shuttering, finishing, etc.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, DPRs, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and minimize risks at the site.
• Manage labor, machinery, and resources efficiently to avoid delays.
• Check and verify bills, measurements, and contractor invoices.
• Handle troubleshooting and technical issues on-site.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Additional certifications in project management/safety (preferred but optional).

Experience & Skills:

• 4–10 years of relevant work experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
• Proficient in reading drawings, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,585.37 - ₹46,308.84 per month
