Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing construction contracting company executing industrial, commercial, and residential projects across Gujarat. We are expanding our Ahmedabad team and hiring skilled Civil Site Engineers.

Job Description:

We are looking for Civil Site Engineers (Mid to Senior Level) who can independently manage site execution, monitor quality, control timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise daily site work as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure quality control at all stages of construction
• Maintain site records: DPR, material tracking, contractor billing support
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company safety standards
• Assist in BOQ verification, rate analysis, and project documentation
• Communicate progress and issues to Project Manager and Head Office

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and industrial/commercial project execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Knowledge of quality standards and site safety norms
• Team coordination and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

Preferred Experience:

• 3 to 12 years of experience in construction project execution
• Prior experience in industrial, residential or commercial construction is highly preferred

Eligibility:

Candidates must be willing to work full-time on Ahmedabad project sites and should be available for in-person interviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
