A site supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing daily construction activities on a site to ensure they align with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Site management: Overseeing daily operations, managing the labor force and subcontractors, and organizing site facilities.
• Coordination: Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other consultants to provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on work progress, site activities, and quality.
• Planning: Contributing to the creation of work schedules and ensuring the project is completed within the agreed-upon deadlines.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Experience: Experience with infra and industrial project.
• Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents is essential. Proficiency with project management software like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is beneficial.
