Job Summary:

A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at the site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and workers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Check material quality and quantity at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage manpower and site resources effectively.
• Handle client and consultant inspections.
• Maintain site documentation and records.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of construction drawings and BOQ.
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in construction site work (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
