About the Company:

We are a real estate development company based in Ajman, specializing in the construction and sale of high-quality villas and townhouses. We are currently managing several active projects in Ajman and looking to hire a skilled engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise villa/townhouse projects in Ajman from start to handover.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and municipality regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and Ajman Municipality.
• Prepare and review BOQs and daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines using Primavera or similar software to ensure on-time delivery.
• Solve on-site issues proactively and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Represent the company in site meetings with consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in villa/townhouse projects (mandatory).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

نحن شركة تطوير عقاري مقرها في عجمان، متخصصة في بناء وبيع الفلل والتاون هاوس بتصاميم حديثة وجودة عالية. ندير حالياً عدة مشاريع نشطة في عجمان، ونسعى لضم مهندس متميز إلى فريقنا.

المهام الوظيفية:

• الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع الفلل والتاون هاوس في عجمان من البداية حتى التسليم.
• إدارة الموقع وضمان مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات والمواصفات وتعليمات البلدية.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين، الموردين، الاستشاريين، والبلدية.
• إعداد ومراجعة BOQ والتقارير اليومية/الأسبوعية.
• متابعة الجداول الزمنية باستخدام Primavera أو برامج مشابهة لضمان إنجاز المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
• حل المشكلات الميدانية والتأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة والسلامة.
• حضور الاجتماعات وتمثيل الشركة ميدانياً.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات داخل الإمارات في مشاريع الفلل/التاون هاوس (شرط أساسي).
• إجادة AutoCAD وMS Office، ومعرفة بـ Primavera تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية.
• رخصة قيادة إماراتية ميزة إضافية.
