Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, solve problems on-site, and deliver work efficiently within the required timeline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage site manpower and ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and solve on-site issues efficiently.
• Monitor material usage and request required materials on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor (min. 2–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• UAE experience and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
