Civil Engineer – Stone Installation & Fabrication (Facility Management)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience in stone installation and fabrication works. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring project execution in line with engineering standards, client requirements, and safety regulations, primarily within facility management and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site stone installation and fabrication activities.
• Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal FM teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor quality, workmanship, and compliance with client and engineering standards.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress reporting.
• Handle day-to-day site issues and provide technical support to site teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.
• Support maintenance-related stone works and rectification activities in FM projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of UAE experience in stone installation and fabrication works.
• Proven experience in Facility Management & maintenance projects.
• Strong site execution, supervision, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
