Civil Engineer Trainee

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (baseline, updated, and recovery schedules)
• Prepare WBS, activity sequencing, and logic development
• Load resources and costs where required

Monitoring & Control

• Track project progress against the baseline schedule
• Update schedules regularly based on site progress
• Identify critical path activities and schedule risks

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Generate S-curves, histograms, and look-ahead schedules
• Provide schedule variance and delay analysis

Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors
• Attend progress review meetings and planning discussions
• Support claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and delay analysis when required

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain planning records and reports
• Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and client standards

Software Skills

• Primavera P6 (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
