Civil Engineer - Villa

We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer specializing in villa construction to oversee and drive site execution across Dubai-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing villa developments, ensuring quality delivery, and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day villa construction site activities
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Track project progress and prepare detailed site reports
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, local regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in villa construction (Dubai villa experience is mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
