Civil Engineer (Villa Constuction)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in residential villa construction to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, coordination, and quality control to ensure villa projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities for residential villa projects
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material usage
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, authority inspections, and safety standards
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and participate in site meetings
• Manage quality control, inspections, snagging, and handover activities
• Assist in cost control, variations, and BOQ-related matters

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–7 years of UAE experience in residential villa construction
• Strong knowledge of villa construction methods and finishing works
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 (advantage)
• Familiar with authority approvals and inspection procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred
