Job Overview

Kafa Construction is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise villa construction projects in Dubai. The candidate must have strong site execution experience, subcontractor coordination skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site execution and construction activities

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and management

Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity

Prepare daily progress reports and site updates

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards

Coordinate inspections and consultant approvals

Resolve site issues proactively and efficiently

Assist in project handover and snagging activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years UAE villa construction experience

Strong knowledge of site execution and finishing works

Ability to read drawings and manage site activities independently

Good communication and reporting skills

UAE Driving License preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Arabic speaking is a plus

Job Types: Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
