Casco Civil is looking for a motivated individual interested in an exciting opportunity to grow in the civil engineering field by working on a variety of site development, roadway, and public utility infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft civil engineering design construction documents for commercial site development including design of roadways, utility connections, sewer design, stormwater collection and detention, and grading of the site using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform due diligence on permitting and site development requirements for a variety of clients
• Interpret civil engineering drawings to determine where to allocate utilities, roadways, and other infrastructure systems.
• Interpret utility maps and topographic land surveys to note land grading, nearby structures, and other factors that could affect the placement of utilities, roadways, and other infrastructure systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent is required.
• FE or PE accreditation is preferred
• A minimum of 2+ years of industry experience is preferred but new college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively balance workload.
