Civil Estimation

Duties & ResponsibilitiesEstimation Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost comparison reports.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and tender submissions.
• Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements.

Site Engineer Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and maintain site records.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Verify completed work and assist in project handover procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in estimation and site supervision.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
