Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil projects
• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Monitor project costs and track variations from the budget
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills
• Evaluate and certify interim and final payments
• Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with terms
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Handle variation orders, claims, and disputes
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Maintain records of all project-related financial documents

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
