Job Summary

Amber Building Contracting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, contract administration, variation management, and project cost control to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate cost records.
• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations.
• Review contracts, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Assess and manage project variations and claims.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor material quantities and project expenditures.
• Assist in tender preparation and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
