Quantity Surveyor

equirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
• Experience in main contractor/subcontractor works preferred
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, contracts, and site procedures
• Ability to handle variations, interim payments, and final accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel and QS-related software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQ and cost estimates
• Manage project costing and budget control
• Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations
• Prepare interim payment applications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Ensure accurate financial reporting for projects
