Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) for our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost control, subcontractor management, billing, and contract administration. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.

Verify and measure work quantities executed on site.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budget reports.

Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations and comparisons.

Prepare monthly valuations, invoices, and payment applications.

Review and certify subcontractor bills and variations.

Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.

Maintain project records, contracts, and commercial documentation.

Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications.

Assist in procurement and material quantity verification.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction experience.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and contract administration.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.

Experience in roads, infrastructure, and building projects is preferred.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
