Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6–7 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years of UAE experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and submit variations, claims, and payment applications.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and commercial updates.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 6–7 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in Construction and Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
