Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer – Substation Projects

Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 500 – 800+ family benefits

We are urgently hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer for substation projects in Oman. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in estimation and costing of electrical substation civil works.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 7 – 15 years in Electrical Substation Projects
• Strong knowledge in:
• Civil estimation & quantity take-off
• BOQ preparation & cost analysis
• Tender documentation
• Substation foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, and related civil works
• Experience in 132KV / 220KV / 400KV substations preferred
• Proficiency in estimation software & MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for substation civil works
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Coordinate with engineering & procurement teams
• Prepare technical & commercial bid submissions
• Value engineering and cost optimization

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience in Middle East projects preferred
• Ability to work independently under deadlines
