Job Title: Civil Estimation Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors for building construction projects.
• Analyze architectural & structural drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and specifications to calculate quantities using software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, or Planswift).
• Develop competitive tender submissions, including pricing, methodologies, and project timelines.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Identify potential risks in project scope, materials, or labor costs and propose mitigation strategies.
• Suggest cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality or compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to refine estimates and align with project goals.
• Stay updated on construction material prices, labor rates, and industry trends.
• - Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and bid documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in estimation for building construction in UAE (high-rises, villas, commercial complexes, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
