Civil Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

Civil Engineer with preferred to have an experience in ESTIMATION.

An engineer with contracting background will be able to work and will have big opportunity of learning new things with in the field of civil.

Civil Estimator Duties

• Develop cost estimates for civil projects
• Analyze plans and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Assess project risks and recommend measures to mitigate risks
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare cost reports
• Review bids and make recommendations for awards
• Interact with clients and project stakeholders
• Stay abreast of changes in the civil engineering industry

Civil Estimator Skills

• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings
• Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong technical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
