Civil Estimator (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Title: Civil Estimator – Interior Fit-Out
Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimator with solid UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation to support profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and comprehensive cost estimates for interior fit-out works
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine accurate project costs
• Analyze project specifications and tender documents to identify scope and risk factors
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and procurement teams during tender and execution stages
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure cost competitiveness
• Monitor project budgets and highlight cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain organized records of estimates, pricing databases, and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and fit-out materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
