Civil Estimator (UAE Experience Required)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Estimator
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates
• Proven experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation & tendering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Plan Swift & MS Excel
• Experience in buildings, villas & infrastructure projects
• Ability to independently review drawings & specifications
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantity take-off from drawings
• Preparation of BOQs & cost estimates
• Obtaining supplier & subcontractor quotations
• Tender submission & cost analysis
• Value engineering & cost optimization
