Civil / Facility Management Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil / Facility Management Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing project with Qatar Energy in Qatar.

Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualification

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of Civil and Facility Management works.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Execute civil maintenance, finishing works, tile works, waterproofing, epoxy flooring, painting, and repair works.
• Basic supervision of plumbing, drainage, and minor mechanical maintenance activities.
• Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Clients, and site teams.
• Prepare daily progress reports and manpower records.

Preferred Skills

• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance activities.

Qatar Driving Licence preferred (or eligible to obtain one)
