Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil CAD Faculty / Trainer to conduct training sessions on a wide range of civil and architectural design software. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of design tools, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theory-based training in:
• AutoCAD (Civil)
• SketchUp
• Revit Architecture
• Maya
• 3ds Max
• STAAD Pro
• ETABS
• Primavera
• MS Project
• Lumion
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design tools)
• Prepare and update course materials, project files, and practical assessments.
• Train students in both basic and advanced concepts.
• Help students’ complete projects aligned with industry standards.
• Provide regular feedback and monitor progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning.
• Stay up to date with the latest software updates and training techniques.

Required Skills:

• Strong command over civil design and project management tools
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera, MS Project, Lumion
• Hands-on experience with 3D rendering software like 3ds Max and Maya
• Familiarity with MEP tools and BIM workflows is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to engage students and adapt to different learning styles

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Relevant certifications in one or more of the listed software
• 3–5 years of teaching or industry experience preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
