Civil-Finishing Engineer

We are hiring Civil-Finishing Engineer to manage civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure maintenance, repairs, and renovations meet company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements across properties

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily civil and finishing maintenance, ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, keeping within budget and deadlines.
• Analyze defects, ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain records, budgets, and technical reports for asset management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Certification in facilities management or health & safety is a plus.
