Civil Finishing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil finishing activities on site
• Ensure works such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, ceilings, and joinery are executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure materials are used efficiently and work schedules are followed
• Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works
• Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a Civil Finishing Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tasks
