Civil Finishing Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, false ceilings, and joinery works.
• Ensure finishing works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.
• Plan and manage daily work activities of subcontractors, foremen, and skilled labor on site.
• Track work progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship quality, finishing details, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, site engineers, and project management for inspections and approvals.
• Identify and report site issues, constraints, and progress updates to the Site Manager / Project Engineer.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in supervising finishing works for residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and quality benchmarks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and specifications.
