Civil Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman with strong landscaping knowledge to supervise and coordinate site activities. The role involves managing civil and landscape works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to civil and landscaping works (hardscape & softscape).
• Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved standards and timelines.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients on site requirements.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).
• High school education with extensive experience in civil and landscaping works may be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, including at least 2–3 years in landscaping projects (hardscape & softscape).
• Strong knowledge of landscaping works (planting, turfing, irrigation, paving, kerbstones, interlocks, retaining walls, etc.).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering drawings, site layouts, and specifications.
• Experience in supervising site operations such as excavation, concreting, formwork, reinforcement, roadworks, utilities, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries on site.
• Hands-on ability to solve site-related technical and operational issues.
• Valid driving license preferred.
