MEP - ELECTRICAL ENGINEER SITE SUPERVISOR (FIT-OUT, LUXURY VILLAS)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in site supervision for high-end villa fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of electrical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local authority regulations, and luxury standards of workmanship.

• Plan and manage day-to-day electrical installation works for luxury villa fit-out projects.
• Prepare load schedules, single line diagrams (SLDs), and DB schedules in coordination with consultants and authority requirements.
• Supervise and carry out DB dressing, wiring terminations, and testing to ensure neatness and compliance with design standards.
• Prepare weekly manpower schedules and short-term forecasts to meet project milestones.
• Monitor daily site activities and track target vs. actual progress with focus on quality and timelines.
• Raise and follow up on material purchase requests, ensuring timely availability of high-end electrical materials (lighting, automation, switches, sockets).
• Maintain and update site material list / inventory list and tracking MPR logs.
• Coordinate closely with interior designers, lighting consultants, and other trades (HVAC, plumbing, joinery) for seamless site co-ordination to avoid rework .
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, DEWA regulations, and project specifications.
• Maintain high workmanship standards suitable for luxury residential villas.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety compliance on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Degree or equivalent
• 3-4 years of UAE experience in luxury villa MEP fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of load schedules, DB dressing/testing, lighting layouts, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical calculation.
• Familiarity with DEWA/DCD submission and approval process.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants, designers, and subcontractors.
• Diving licence is an added advantage.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
