Civil Foreman

Job Title: Civil Foreman (High-Rise Construction)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct civil workers, masons, and laborers in excavation, concreting, blockwork, and plastering.
• Ensure proper execution of structural works (columns, beams, slabs, foundations) as per drawings.
• Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Oversee reinforcement fixing, shuttering, and deshuttering operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
• Track material usage and prevent wastage.
• Resolve on-site issues and report delays to the Project Manager.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in civil foreman roles for high-rise projects.
• Expertise in reinforced concrete construction and finishing works.
• Knowledge of construction machinery and equipment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, local codes).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
