Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Foreman to join our team for immediate deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage labor teams efficiently on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower allocation.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to avoid wastage.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer or project manager.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in UAE construction civil projects.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
