About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee daily site operations and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams on active construction sites in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities and workforce
• Ensure tasks are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and report site updates to management
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and site regulations
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve site issues and support smooth workflow
• Maintain daily logs and basic documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction field
• Strong technical knowledge of civil, electrical, or mechanical site activities
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site operations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions
• Good understanding of safety procedures and site regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE construction projects
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
