Civil Foreman

Job Title: General Foreman – Civil (Shuttering & Steel)

Role Summary
We need a hands-on General Foreman to supervise our villa and building civil works, with strong experience in shuttering and steel reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for concrete, shuttering, and rebar works
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to meet targets
• Check drawings and ensure work is as per approved plans and quality standards
• Plan manpower, materials, and tools for daily work
• Monitor safety on site and ensure workers follow safety rules
• Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements to the site engineer / project manager

Requirements

• 7–10 years experience in civil construction, including villas / buildings
• Strong knowledge of shuttering, formwork systems, and steel fixing
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings
• Good leadership and communication with multi-national labour
• Basic English speaking and reporting skills
• UAE experience and valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
