CIVIL FOREMAN

- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities for high-rise projects.
- Manage and control manpower to ensure work progress and quality.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed on site.
- Review and interpret **structural and shop drawings** accurately for proper execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and assist in work planning.

• *Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a **Civil Foreman**.
- Strong knowledge of **structural and finishing works**.
- Ability to **read and interpret structural shop drawings**.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
